Service Description
Planning support begins three months before your big day to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to your vision. Collaborative planning begins with the creation of a detailed ceremony information sheet and a customized wedding day timeline. I will coordinate with all vendors in advance to review logistics, confirm timing, and outline my responsibilities for the wedding day. Complete setup support for the ceremony and reception spaces, tailored to your specific needs and layout. I will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors on the wedding day, handling questions and guiding guests to the reception area to ensure a seamless transition. Upon arrival, each vendor will be provided with a printed timeline and guided through the day’s key moments. Full ceremony coordination, including directing the processional, cueing music, and ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish. Post-ceremony, I’ll assist with guiding guests to the reception area and transitioning smoothly into the celebration. Reception coordination includes but is not limited to: Grand entrance and announcement cues Coordination with the DJ, musicians, or band for all First Dances, speeches, toasts, and special moments Directing dinner service, including releasing tables for buffet-style or ensuring proper meal delivery for plated service Cake cutting oversight Send-off coordination End-of-event clean-up is included with this package. We'll handle tidying up the ceremony and reception spaces so you and your guests can head out stress-free.
